As a Senior Digital Business Partner dedicated to Walmart, you’ll lead digital shelf/product detail page optimization efforts across multiple sectors within K-C’s priority growth omnichannel business. You’ll collaborate closely with the Omnichannel Manager, sales leaders, and other internal teams to identify growth opportunities, deliver insights, and recommend strategies for success across Pick Up, Delivery, and Shipping (Ship to Home and Ship from Store) platforms. In this role you will build strong relationships, influence decision-making internally and with Walmart, and work in partnership with teams such as the Digital Commerce Operations Center of Excellence, Shopper Marketing, and peer eBDM/Digital Business Partners to execute overarching Digital Commerce strategies.

In this role you will:


• Lead annual SWOT assessments for retailers in the Digital Commerce space, addressing evolving strategies, capabilities, and key business priorities
• Guide account teams through the digital component of Annual Business Planning (ABP) processes to achieve truly omnichannel ABPs
• Recommend and implement initiatives that drive traffic, conversion, customer retention, revenue, and profitability for retailer platforms
• Execute test-and-learn initiatives around taxonomy structures and visual wayfinding with retailers.
• Drive omnichannel category insights by collaborating with internal teams and the customer, delivering actionable recommendations
• Provide weekly reporting and topline insights into digital channels, leveraging data to guide marketing decisions in partnership with Omnichannel Marketers (OCMs)
• Conduct monthly Walmart.com and competitive site audits to identify opportunities for optimization
• Drive digital shelf optimization through: New product launches, Content audits and updates, Sampling programs to generate ratings and reviews, Rich content development and other optimization strategies
• Conduct precise, data-driven business analyses and make actionable recommendations for improvement

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ year's experience in Digital Commerce and/or Omnichannel within relevant areas such as CPG, Retail, or Management Consulting

  • Direct experience working in a highly matrixed, global company and cap
