Job Description

We are seeking a  Solutions Architect with expertise in DevOps practices to design, implement, and optimize solutions. The solutions architect will be bringing in changes to bridge the gap between development, operations, and business needs, ensuring efficient CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, automation, security, and scalability. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enabling seamless build pipelines, scalable infrastructure, and automation for our organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective DevOps solutions that align with business requirements.
• Define and implement DevOps best practices, aligning them with business goals.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, workflows, and system designs.
• Incorporate security best practices into the DevOps pipeline to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ) to proactively address issues.
• Optimize system performance and implement disaster recovery strategies.
• Work closely with development, validation, and security teams to build efficient solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams adopting DevOps best practices

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Proven experience as a solutions architect , operations, or similar role.
• Expertise in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows (GitHub , GitHub Actions)
• Hands-on experience  Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and container orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
• Proficiency of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).

SKILLS: 

• Strong understanding of networking, security, and system architecture principles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
