Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Commercial Contracts Manager based out of Seattle, Washington; Mesa, Arizona; Plano, Texas; Hazelwood, Missouri; or Englewood, Colorado. In this customer-facing role, you will work closely with sales teams and aviation customers globally, ensuring the successful execution of contracts and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manages employees engaged in Contract Management Specialist activities

• Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals

• Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements

• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

• Manages, develops and motivates employees

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher

• 5+ years of experience building, developing and maintaining customer relationships

• 5+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Juris Doctorate or Masters in Business Administration (MBA)

• 10+ years of contracting experience

• Experience in the commercial aviation industry

• Experience in a leadership role

Summary pay range: $114,750 – $166,750
