The Job As the Director, Field Service Network you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the day to day operations of the field services team within the commercial business segment, while executing on the company's long term goals. You will lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including our Field Service Partners, as well as Engineering, Product, and Sales, driving our performance, enhancing operational efficiency, and accelerating growth.

What You’ll Do
- Responsible for developing and executing resource plan required to support business needs including ownership of onboarding, training and performance management within Field Service Network
- Lead and mentor the Commercial Field Service Network team, while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation
- Provide leadership and direction to Field Service Network external teams.
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive common operating standards, processes, and procedures to be followed with respect to safety, technical operations, and quality, compliance,transparency, and assure pipeline deliverables (strategic sourcing)
- Lead strategic planning, development and management of FSN to drive operational excellence
- Bring a metrics and technology driven approach to drive operational efficiency
- Ensure sales, gross margin and customer satisfaction goals are achieved, and company strategic objectives and financial targets are met.
- Monitor network performance, and other key measures to drive continual improvements, anticipate and address risk areas that balance business needs and technical constraints
- Develop and foster strategic partnerships to ensure delivery of offer, long-term planning, competitive feedback, and escalation management.
- Engage with key stakeholders, clients, partners, and vendors to foster strong relationships and drive mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Participate in industry organizations and events
- Champion safety compliance within Omnidian and the field service network
- Implementation of tools to drive efficiency in FSN/Ops tasks

Experience You'll Need
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the commercial solar industry
- 5 years of experience leading, developing and motivating a diverse, remote, service delivery workforce.
- Experience building processes, project management, and release schedules
- Proven ability to streamline operations to decrease cost and increase operational excellence
- Demonstrated success in driving strategic initiatives and scaling a business
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and analyze complex business situations.
- Prove experience leveraging technology to improve operations and increase efficiency
- Proven experience driving results and accountability using clearly targeted metrics
