Job Summary
As a Client Executive - Financials in our Strategics program, you will be responsible for operating within a large, dedicated core team and a cross-functional teams, managing the business relationships that drive the consumption of NetApp's products and services by one of NetApp’s largest Financial Services accounts. You will work directly with both the client’s core technology infrastructure group as well as lines-of-business to capture sales opportunities and work effectively across NetApp internal functions to drive business growth. Job Responsibilities:
• Generate and develop business growth opportunities, working collaboratively across organizations to maximize business results
• Understand the client’s strategic growth plans, business drivers, technology strategy, technology footprint, and engaged landscape
• Drive business development, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals, defined by the Client Director, by leading customers and internal teams through the entire business cycle
• Build and strengthen NetApp’s business relationship with the client; ensure all needs are met through the customer lifecycle
• Work collaboratively with VAR partners and ecosystem partners across the IT landscape to enhance our positioning and drive exponential growth
• Build executive relationships internally and externally, influence long-term strategic direction, and serve as a business partner for the client
• Contribute to the development of company objectives and principles, and to achieve sales function goals in creative and effective ways
Job Requirements
• Background in IT infrastructure, Storage, Cloud Service, and/or SaaS, IaaS, PaaS (Preferably in vertical(s) listed above i.e.: Financials/Banking)
• Strong business acumen with a thorough understanding of sales strategies and demonstrated ability to execute
• Broad exposure to a variety of technologies and technology concepts in a distributed environment
• 8 + years of enterprise technology sales experience, preferably in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong leadership, customer service, and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel within the US
Education
• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related field
The OTE (On Target Earnings) Range for this position is $280,000 - 340,000 and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
