You will work in a fast-paced, self-directed team environment that is subject to high levels of internal and external audit scrutiny. Associate must be comfortable with multi-tasking, expectation setting and high-pressure occurrences.

  • Support custom calculations and processing with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Basic knowledge (3+ years) of business analysis techniques preferred. For example: current/future state analysis, flow diagramming, benchmarking, business rules and risk analysis, user acceptance testing and product documentation
  • You must demonstrate a high level of accuracy/attention to detail.
  • You are a good listener and having strong verbal communication skills
  • Problem solving skills with the keen ability to assimilate new information, draw conclusions and communicate ideas
  • Capable of facilitating a workshop, or speaking publicly to a broad audience
  • Time management skills to ensure that work is completed on time
  • Write clear, concise, well organized user documentation to maintain standards and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, as well as collaborate within a team
  • Positive demeanor and flexible, with ability to adapt to the changing needs of the organization

The Team
