In this role you will </span><strong><span>support the development of patisserie mixes</span></strong><span> through the </span><strong><span>organization of lab trials and product analysis</span></strong><span>, as well as the </span><strong><span>recording of test results</span></strong><span>. You will support the research managers through the execution of tasks related to product development, item creation, country support and innovation projects.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>What you will do </span></strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><strong><span>You </span></strong><strong><span>plan, design and execute lab and pilot trials</span></strong><strong><span> in the product category, in agreement with and with the supervision of the research manager</span></strong></li> <li><strong><span>You organize the </span></strong><strong><span>analytical, texture and sensory measurements</span></strong><strong><span> on the products of the product category</span></strong></li> <li><strong><span>You </span></strong><strong><span>record and analyze the results and establish trial reports</span></strong><strong><span> including conclusions interpretations and recommendations</span></strong></li> <li><strong><span>You introduce and follow up on </span></strong><strong><span>formulations</span></strong><strong><span> in SAP/PLM, </span></strong><strong><span>calculations</span></strong><strong><span> and </span></strong><strong><span>creations of internal premixes for production</span></strong><strong><span>, organization of item requests</span></strong></li> <li><strong><span>You </span></strong><strong><span>define quality tests</span></strong><strong><span> and specifications for new products </span></strong></li> <li><strong><span>You support the R&amp;D Manager in tasks related to regional support and (local) innovation projects</span></strong></li> </ul> <p><strong><span> </span></strong></p> <p><strong><span>Who are we looking for?</span></strong><span> </span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><strong><span>You have a Bachelor Degree in Food Technology, Food and/or Dietary Science, (Bio) Chemistry, Agro &amp; Biotechnology</span></strong></li> <li><strong><span>Relevant experience in a lab environment, by preference in a food company is a plus but not a must</span></strong></li> <li><strong><span>Experience with Microsoft (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word…), optional is SAP</span></strong></li> <li><strong><span>You are precise, accurate, punctual, reliable and a good planner </span></strong></li> <li><strong><span>You are a critical thinking and problem solving person with a drive for quality</span></strong></li> <li><strong><span>You are a good communicator, team player and collaborative </span></strong></li> <li><strong><span>Languages: English (written and spoken), Dutch and/or French are a plus</span></strong></li> </ul> <p><strong><span> </span></strong></p> <p><strong><span>What you can expect from Puratos?</span></strong><span> </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>We at Puratos cultivate an inclusive global workplace, that fully embraces diversity and equal</span><span> </span><span>opportunities for all.
