Job Description
The Senior Manager, Regional Sales Dealer reports directly to the Vice President, Sales Dealer. This position is a leadership role in charge of developing and executing upon the strategy to drive profitable sales growth of the MasterBrand Cabinets LLC portfolio. This role oversees all aspects of Dealer channel sales in New York and Pennsylvania and is responsible for achieving or surpassing sales targets across various market segments. They will ensure our sales team achieves performance targets across the portfolio, while developing and leading strategies to drive higher customer satisfaction and achieve market share gains. Segmenting brands and customers, and providing the appropriate levels of service to each, will be critical to success.
YOUR ROLE:
Manages execution of strategic sales plans; meet/exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Develops and executes market sales strategies, leveraging the entire MasterBrand portfolio of products.
Manages sales agency relationships effectively; actively coaches and develops team members.
Categorizes brands and customers and deploys the appropriate strategies for each market.
Creates a team atmosphere where team members work together in pursuit of a common vision; encourages open communication, establishes positive outlook, and nurtures commitment to the mission.
Develops and maintains positive and productive customer relationships; owns the resolution of escalated issues.
Partners with other MasterBrand team members and channel partners to effectively manage activities in common markets.
Works with demand planning teams to develop accurate sales forecasts and meet/exceeds those forecasts.
Audits competitors and collects feedback from customers to gather data that provides meaningful insights.
Develops strong relationships with business stakeholders including the Dealer teams and manufacturing sites; supports strategic planning and program execution in partnership with product, marketing and other teams.
Consistently demonstrates the MasterBrand Way, positioning the company for growth and helping identify opportunities to reduce waste, complexity, and improve our work environment.
Develops in-depth knowledge of all MasterBrand strategic business units. Leverages ideas from other reviews and co-workers to provide value-added recommendations and best practices to others.
Identifies self-development needs and seeks opportunities to work on areas that will further develop skills.

Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. Able to clearly and articulately present to customers.
Experience with 80/20, lean, and/or continuous improvement processes.
Must be able to travel 50% of the time and cover a large geographic area.
Residency within or willingness to relocate to the specified job location is required, preferably near a major airport.
