  • Prepare for sprint planning: organize backlog items, gather stakeholder requirements, and compile pre-read reports.
  • Monitor sprint health: track and publish burndown charts and sprint progress metrics.

Project Management Support

  • Maintain IT application project documentation: plans, meeting minutes, and decision logs.
  • Prepare weekly or biweekly status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Log and track risks/issues; follow up on mitigation actions with owners.
  • Coordinate resources: schedule meetings, manage calendars, and ensure dependencies are visible and tracked.

Business Prioritization & Analysis

  • Assist with determination of business value through IT development.
  • Collect inputs from business units on priorities and requirements.
  • Assist in creating/updating prioritization matrices (value/effort/risk) to rank requests.
  • Analyze historical data to identify patterns in requests and backlog items.
  • Draft concise summaries and presentations for prioritization meetings.

Learning & Development

  • Shadow Application and Product Managers.
  • Learn Agile principles and project management methodologies.
  • Gain exposure to IT systems and business processes.
