Previously demonstrated high level of competency in tracking the inner-department schedules to ensure PSU parts are sent to downstream shops (advanced, build, upholstery) and returned in a timely manner to meet the aircraft milestone build dates.
Previously demonstrated high level of competency in managing aircraft PSU priorities between multiple aircraft at any one given time.
Previously demonstrated high level of competency in strong written, email, and verbal communication skills.
Previously demonstrated high level of competency in the use of sheet metal brake, shear, drill press, milling machine, plot/install of all inserts and Click-bonds, proper adhesive use per application via approved tech data, mapping out sheet metal parts to ensure proper bending and radii to meet approved tech data and CPS/GAMPS. Understanding of various composite material layering and buildups.
Previously demonstrated high level of competency in the use of rivet structural assemblies and parts using all tools required. to do the job (e.g. portable riveting guns, pneumatic drills, counter sinks, rivet shavers, files, reamers, rivets). Must display the ability to remove fasteners without damaging structures.
Previously demonstrated high level of competency in the use of read work orders, blueprints, lofts, sketches, and operation sheets to determine sequence of operations, type size for rivets, hole pattern for rivets, cut and form plastics and follow standard operating procedures when using adhesives, sealants and solvents.
Previously demonstrated high level of competency in the use of mentor, train, and assist other team members in interpretation of blueprints, drawings, and engineering orders; develop methods and shop aids to resolve production installation difficulties and problems.
Previously demonstrated high level of competency in the use of align and assembles parts to be riveted using jigs, holding fixtures, pins, clamps, and fasteners.
Previously demonstrated high level of competency in the use of in close tolerance work and have knowledge of use of special tools and equipment. Should be able to use all tools required. to do the job.
Previously demonstrated high level of competency in the use of mathematical formulas by solving dimensional problems using fractions, decimal fractions and whole numbers.
Previously demonstrated high level of competency in the use of multiple measuring devices, demonstrated ability to use within specified tolerance.
Demonstrate the ability to navigate applicable tech data for assigned department.
Demonstrate the ability to locate AC documents (Examples: IDDs, WCRs, Specs, etc.)
Demonstrate the ability to function at a lead capacity in the sites ERP System (Example: Corridor)
Demonstrate the ability to use the Engineering Change Request (ECR) System.
