Overview

 Mechanical maintenance and project coordination for Phase 1 & 2 Paint Lines

Responsibilities

• Safety: Drive all components of TCOS (High risk exposures, PSIF initiatives/management, etc.)
• Support and lead a culture in which work is done safely or not at all!
• Collaborate with operators, engineers and supervisors to facilitate the execution of maintenance and safety projects
• Provide support for all mechanical repair personnel
• Investigate/troubleshoot all mechanical problems or equipment failures

Qualifications

Required

• A strong personal safety record
• 4 year degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• High level of safety awareness and proven safety record
• Strong self-starting, problem solving, and troubleshooting abilities/skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks/projects to ensure timeliness
• Ability to work both in a group and independently to achieve goals
• Industrial mechanical maintenance experience
