Global Supplier Management Group and Global Workplace and Enterprise Svcs Emerging Talent Program

The Global Supplier Management Group (GSMG) and Global Workplace and Enterprise Services (GWES) are seeking candidates for our emerging talent rotational program. Our team is responsible for engaging and developing suppliers to meet all our business needs, as well as acquiring, fitting out, operating and maintaining our global real estate portfolio in support of a productive workforce.

Emerging Talent Rotational (ETR) Program:

The ETR Program aims to develop a diverse, talented network of procurement and facilities professionals and future business leaders. This program provides unique exposure and investment opportunities to enhance technical, business, and leadership skills. Participants will gain a deep understanding of our business, procurement, and facilities processes, making meaningful contributions to the company's economic and value goals.

Position Qualifications:

Education Minimum Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree OR

• minimum of a high school diploma with at least 2 years of professional experience.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Ideal candidates demonstrate leadership abilities, are analytical, inquisitive, perceptive, quick learners, and are committed to advancing our vision and mission.

Additional Competencies:

• Adaptability to new roles, teams, and situations, with a willingness to rotate through different procurement and facility-related roles over the 3-year program.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain professionalism under pressure.

• Strong communication skills, both in-person and in writing.

• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and problem-solving abilities.

Program Structure:

New hires will experience three rotations over three years in various business areas throughout GSMG & GWES, primarily in PA & NJ offices.
