Summary
SRP (Salt River Project) is seeking a talented, dedicated, and strategic Early Talent Engagement Program Manager to join our Talent Acquisition team. This position is pivotal in creating and driving SRP’s strategic engagement and recruitment plan to attract and hire top, diverse talent; with the specific focus on meeting the early talent development program hiring objectives. As SRP’s Early Talent Engagement Program Manager you will be responsible for the development and successes of SRP’s internship and rotational program strategies as well as providing expertise and implement methods on sourcing and screening talent from universities, high schools, as well as other organizations with the goal of attracting top early talent.
This successful candidate will lead the college, high school, and similar organizations recruiting space, virtual as well as live events, display the ability to consult with all levels of internal and external customers, including students, university, and other organizational partners, hiring managers, and various levels of leadership.
Possesses the business acumen to influence key stakeholders, develop trusting relationships and effects business outcomes. Understands and adheres to compliance, diversity, and talent acquisition processes.

What You'll Do
- Build and share, in partnership with stakeholders, an annual calendar of early talent recruitment events and oversee all logistical coordination and implementation through planning, resource requirements, needs assessment, and budget review
- Develop creative strategies to identify, attract and hire top candidates in a timely fashion and share best practices with team members
- Continue to build and improve SRP’s internship and rotational programs ensuring the very best and productive experience for all parties involved
- Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with division teams, HR partners and business functions to strengthen early talent recruitment initiatives
- Present and create program initiates, updates and results to SRP leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with various internal teams to participate in and attend either live or virtual events
- Ensure a diverse pipeline of talent into entry level and internship roles including engagement with student organizations and attendance at diversity conferences
- Proactively drive targeted searches and candidate pre-screenings for top talent through virtual means including Handshake, LinkedIn, etc.
- Maintain ongoing contact with top college and intern talent
- Update candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with division teams and other key players to ensure streamlined and positive candidate experience
- Develop and analyze early talent recruitment metrics
