You are a high-fidelity analytical thinker who thrives in the intersection of complex data and strategic storytelling. In this role, you will go beyond traditional reporting to act as a financial navigator, identifying trends and risks before they hit the ledger. You possess the technical rigor to build institutional-grade models and the communication prowess to influence stakeholders across our rapidly scaling organization.</p> <h3>What you'll do</h3> <ul> <li>Drive the end-to-end execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles</li> <li>Manage complex variance analysis (Actuals vs. Budget/Forecast) to provide the "why" behind the numbers, ensuring leadership has a pulse on fiscal health</li> <li>Build and maintain sophisticated, dynamic financial models to support capital allocation, long-range planning, and ROI analysis for new market expansions and product launches</li> <li>Act as a dedicated financial advisor to various business units, translating departmental performance into enterprise-level impact</li> <li>Help stakeholders manage their OpEx and Headcount while maintaining alignment with company-wide profitability goals</li> <li>Lead the preparation of board-ready reporting packages and internal management dashboards</li> <li>Perform meticulous integrity checks to ensure our financial data remains the "single source of truth" for the organization</li> <li>Continuously audit and refine financial workflows</li> <li>Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, shorten month-end reporting cycles, and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support a world-class finance department</li> </ul> <h3>What we're looking for</h3> <ul> <li>3+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance, FP&amp;A, or Investment Banking, preferably within a high-growth technology, AI, or infrastructure-heavy environment<br></li> <li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, nested logic, macros) a
