You Are
You have spent time at the intersection of physics and software, building simulation tools that engineers trust to sign off on multimillion-dollar designs. You understand that a thermal model is only as good as its ability to predict real-world failure modes, and you have debugged FEM solvers to know where the math breaks down and where the implementation does.
You are comfortable reading a C++ codebase, reviewing heat transfer theory, and optimizing a distributed solver, we want to talk to you! When someone describes a new FinFET thermal challenge or a 3DIC stress problem, you start sketching the physics and thinking about how the code needs to change to handle it.
You do not need perfect requirements. You work with technical leads and product managers to define what needs building, then you build it. Medium-sized projects do not scare you; they energize you because you know how to break them into pieces, validate as you go, and deliver on time without cutting corners.
