We’re looking for a detail oriented Office Manager to lead the charge in maintaining safe, efficient, and welcoming environments across our Denver based offices. In this role, you’ll be a key player in supporting our energetic, people focused culture while ensuring the highest standards of quality and professionalism. You’ll manage a variety of office, facilities, and fleet functions across all departments. Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of facilities operations, ensuring safety, functionality, and comfort
  • Oversee office layouts, supplies, uniforms, equipment maintenance, vendor contracts, and service providers
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization across offices, including supply stocking, security systems, internal and external presentation
  • Serve as the central hub for internal communication, keeping departments aligned and informed
  • Coordinate and manage employee events including team building activities, seasonal celebrations and recognition events incorporating budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics management, and post event evaluation.

  • Lead physical onboarding for new employees, desks, access, and warm welcomes included
  • Drive fleet operations: vehicle compliance, service tracking, purchasing, reporting, and insurance documentation
  • Reconcile office purchases and fleet expenses, ensuring accurate documentation and vendor coordination
  • Implement new processes to elevate operations and office experience companywide
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of Office Management Experience
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented

Compensation Package 

  • $70,000 - $75,000 per year
  • 2 weeks of Paid Time Off to start, earned on an accrual basis, Sick Pay, Parental leave
  • 9 Paid Holidays, including your birthday
  • 401k - 100% vested after 90 days, up to a 4% match of gross salary
  • Medical, Dental, Vision (90% paid by Cornerstone), Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital, and Life Insurance

Working conditions 

In Office Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  Elevated business casual dress code.
