Within Personalized Healthcare Solutions (PHCS) we partner with Pharmaceutical companies to deliver high medical value immunoassays that help identifying patients for innovative and life saving treatments.

As an Associated Project Lead you will be a central interface between our external partners and a highly motivated team of internal cross functional expert teams, to ensure that we deliver our assays on time and on demand. 

The Opportunity:

  • You act as the cross-functional leader for Diagnostics (Dia) project teams from initiation through post-launch review.

  • You lead cross-functional teams and the major point of contact for our Pharma partners

  • You provide cross-functional leadership to global project teams from project initiation to launch decision.

  • You execute a tailored product development strategy aligned with customers and corresponding LCT demands

  • You develop strategic options according to the principles of time, cost and risk and address technical, regulatory, business and operational needs.

  • You drive team debate/discussion around key issues that determine product quality, functionality or schedule.

  • You Lead scoping of new projects and guide project team and collaborate closely with our partnering team in maintaining and expanding existing partnerships

Who you are:

  • You have a degree in Science or Business Administration and experience working in the diagnostic industry

  • You have previous experience in diagnostic assay development and the underlying processes

  • You are an experienced as matrix leader with strong communication skills

  • Your empower and support cross functional teams in complex environments with a high degree of uncertainty

  • You have proven experience in establishing and maintaining a trustful partnership with customers

This role is graded between PL7- PL8, however, the final grade will be evaluated on an individual basis

Relocation benefits are available for this job posting.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Tucson, AZ is $112,000 - $208,000.  Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.  This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
