You'll take on our more complex and higher-priority files, working directly with internal teams to keep the process accurate, compliant, and moving.</span></p> <p style="line-height: 1.2;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Review and verify applicant bank statements for authenticity, accuracy, and cash flow trends to identify business behavior</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Own the highest-complexity or highest-priority files in the queue, triaging and resolving issues independently before they become bottlenecks</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Drive follow-up communication with applicants and internal stakeholders to close documentation gaps quickly</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Ensure every file meets Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Identification Program (CIP) standards, applying sound judgment on edge cases</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Partner closely with underwriters and cross-functional teams to keep the origination pipeline moving without sacrificing accuracy</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;
