ISRD Sensor to Shooter Training SME

The Opportunity:
- This person will serve as an SME and Trainer for Air Combat Commands Sensor to Shooter Mobile Training Team supporting the advancement of Sensor to Shooter Kill Chain Automation (StS KCA) processes for the Air Operations Center (AOC) Intelligence, Reconnaissance, and Surveillance Divisions (ISRD) operational objectives related to dynamic targeting. This position will be located at Joint Base Langley Eustis, Hampton VA
- Develop, deliver, and maintain training curriculum on Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance, and Targeting (ISRT) StS KCA operations aligned to the AOC ISRD support to dynamic targeting and the Find, Fix, Track Target, Engage, and Assess (F2T2EA) process.
- Coordinate with local and enterprise subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, applicability, and currency of training materials with operational practices and standards.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions, simulations, and exercises that enhance operational readiness and response and mirror real-world operations as well as sensor-to-shooter methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- The candidate will assess, design, and conceptualize training scenarios, approaches, objectives, plans, tools, aids, curriculums, and other state of the art technologies related to training.
- Assist in the development of TTPs as well as other governing documents regarding the implementation of StS and F2T2EA methodologies.
- Provide training and SME support for multisource correlation applications. These include but are not limited to FADE Watchbox, MIST, THRESHER, BODHI, SENTIENT/ Joint Enterprise Modeling and Analytics (JEMA), Maven Smart Systems (MSS).
- The primary core competencies include providing site specific training and curriculum development, workflow improvement, and customer outreach.
- Provide SME support during exercises and test events utilizing ISRD processes and automated kill chain applications.
Required:
- Strong knowledge of the AOC ISRD and integration with both internal and external organizations to conduct kill chain operations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Experience in instructional systems design as well as training and developing personnel, particularly in the use of AOC ISRD operations and IC technologies and processes.
- Knowledge of and adherence to relevant military, federal, and intelligence community standards and regulations.
- (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 7 years of related work experience.
- MUST have active TS/SCI
Desired:
- Military Instructor Certified
- Experience with DCGS and Targeting
- Experience with Exercise integration and training scenario development capabilities
