The “Talent Attraction and Development Specialist” role is the ideal job for an HR professional willing to grow and develop within the HR field. 

Scope: Supervises the implementation of Personnel Development plans and in the Performance Appraisal Process within the region or functional area. Designs the key personnel development plan, people review, performance appraisal process and the deployment and follow up of the Global Trainee Program. 

Your day to day responsibilities: 

• You will lead the end to end recruitment positions for open vacancies (Advertising, Selection, Interviews, Onboarding) 

• You will coordinates the Global Trainee program designed for the development and engagement of junior talent 

• You will offer support during the performance management process  

• You will contribute to other talent development processes such as Employee Opinion Survey, Technical Leaders development, Career Counseling, Internal Staffing and not only 

• You will contributes to the employer branding strategy at Romania level, by designing and implementing agreed activities 

• You will ensure the preparation of reports / analysis requested by the line managers / HR managers, including Key Performance Indicators (KPI) analysis
