As Inventory Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to increase and maintain company profitability by maintaining accurate inventory level and ensure that optimal inventory is present and ready for use.

As Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Providing input and updating the inventory movement in internal and external warehouse.
• Managing inventory of Artificial Lift Material in compliance with corporate and regulatory criteria.
• Use SAP for Electronic movements of all inventory.
• Performing cycle count of stocks to ensure accurate clean-up and maintained inventory.
• Performing administrative function such as maintaining department database, prepare routine reports and filing of receiving/outgoing inventory records.
• Recording any damage or variance and notify supervisor and/or purchasing personnel.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a high school diploma/GED
• Use SAP to issue out parts in a timely manner and perform transactions as needed. 
• Show ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking and highly detail oriented.
• Be a good team player and display good communication skills.
• Have the ability to work inside or outside in hot temperature.
• Have proficiency in multiple software systems (Outlook, SAP, Microsoft Office).
• Able to work in fast paced environment.
