Your Impact:

  • Develop, integrate, test and deploy software, including system tuning and troubleshooting defects
  • In areas of design responsibility: participate in software code review plus maintain system requirement documentation in support of code development, testing and validation
  • Provide support to in-field development activities either remotely or locally to support advance data collection, system tuning and optimization, along with system testing and troubleshooting
  • Support debugging/interpreting vehicle bus data using CANoe, CANalyzer, CAPL, PCAN, CANtrace, or other similar tool
  • Have a hands on approach to system development to enable crossing the boundaries between software and hardware

 

Your Experience and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, or Agricultural Engineering or other related technical areas
  • 2 years’ concurrent experience in development and validation of software code related to machine control within a structured development environment and using a version control system, for example SVN
  • Experience in writing embedded software using C and C++, OpenCV and Python
  • Experience in real-time embedded control systems using MatLab/Simulink modelling tools, also GUI software development using QT would be an advantage
  • Solid understanding of network communications, including CAN J1939,  WiFi, Ethernet (TX) and BroadR-Reach (T1)
