HR Generalist, Dallas area

We are looking for a HR Generalist to join our growing team in Dallas area. 

Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and help build the basic foundation of HR in our US location? If you enjoy creating efficient processes, managing the day-to-day, and thrive in dynamic environments, we’d love to have you on board!

Here's a little glimpse of what you'll do:

• Manage all basic HR tasks of employment life cycle in North America, such as onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, compliance and documentation, just to mention a few. It’s about keeping things running smoothly across the employee lifecycle.
• Handle our talent acquisition and recruitment process in North America.
• Be the go-to person for the North America team for any HR-related issues and questions.
• Support various departments with administrative tasks - whether it’s supporting finance or marketing, you’ll pitch in wherever your skills are needed.
• Help set up and take care of our soon-to-be office space in the Dallas area.

You'll be part of an amazing HR team with three colleagues in Finland, who manage HR in Europe. You'll report straight to the CHRO, Janita Koskiluoma. Besides your own team, you will be supported by and working with 70+ Tosiboxians across the globe. 

We would love to hear from you if you:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Bring 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Are great at organizing and juggling multiple tasks.
• know the ins and outs of recruitment and HR processes.
• are described as a proactive person with a can-do attitude.
• have the ability to pay attention to detail and enjoy solving problems.
• enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
  
• speak and write English fluently (native level).

And it's even more awesome if: 

• You are open to hybrid work. We're opening an office in Dallas Irving area, and we expect you to work from there on a weekly basis.
• You’re familiar with HR software and recruitment platforms.
• You understand how a growing company works – our days are never boring and things can get a bit fast-paced at times. 
• You have worked in an international and/or matrix organization.
