Senior Innovation and Design Specialist II

Job Responsibilities
 Collaborate with the warehouse management team to understand space utilization requirements.
 Develop and optimize warehouse layout designs to maximize storage capacity and streamline material flow.
 Implement best practices for storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
 Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current warehouse processes.
 Recommend and implement improvements to enhance overall workflow and reduce lead times.
 Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and optimize processes.

Job Requirements
 Bachelor's degree or above, preferably majoring in logistics engineering, logistics management, mechanical engineering, IE, etc.
 1+ years of relevant work experience in warehouse planning, design, and implementation in E-commerce companies.
 Proficient oral and written communication skills.
 Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain management.
 Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools.
 Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
 Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
 Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
 Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
 

Payment

Annual Base $78,000-80,500
