Who We’re Looking For:
We have an immediate opportunity for an Engineering Technical Writer. We are seeking a skilled individual to fulfill the combined roles of Quality Control and Process Technician. This hybrid position will involve ensuring the quality and integrity of our documentation, procedures, and administrative processes, while also contributing to process design and document management within our organization.

Requirements
Job Functions/Requirements/Responsibilities:

- Generate and maintain documentation related to quality standards, procedures, and protocols.
- Insure process alignment with quality management systems.
- Identify areas for improvement in documentation processes and implement necessary changes.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions in production areas
- Assist in the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to analyze current processes and propose enhancements.
- Document process changes and updates, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Support the implementation of and document new processes and technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain a centralized document management system.
- Organize, categorize, and manage documents, ensuring version control and accessibility.
- Guide document management procedures and practices.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely review, approval, and distribution of documents.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Engage in analysis and problem-solving activities to address issues proactively.
- Generate informational documentation to support customers
- Collaborate with engineering and sales to generate technical guides for new customers
- Support generation of application notes
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with document software and tools (MS Products).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate across departments.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
