Job Description

The Quality Control Specialist responsibilities include but are not limited to:
·         Ensure timely completion of random samplings and provide results to the Quality Control Manager.
·         Assist the QC Manager and other Department Supervisors with the creation and completion of quarterly vendor scorecards.

-         Compile client and management-required reporting.
·         Data analysis and trend reporting.
·         Random samplings of employee work product for quality, timeliness of review, etc.  

Qualifications

2 + years of office experience 

1 + years of mortgage industry experience a plus

Data entry skills

10-key skills Background or Knowledge in FHA Guidelines

Familiarity with HUD guidelines.

Able to lift 30 lbs or more

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills

Proficient in MS Office Suite and other specialized software applications
