A qualified Warehouse Clerk is responsible for data entry to track finished goods quantities and supply inventory quantities.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain current and accurate inventories of all finished goods, brite stack, label and carton inventories.
- Prepare shipping orders.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports of all activity regarding goods, labels/cartons, production, labeling out of stock, shipments, receipts, damage, salvage and adjustments.
- Monthly reports and reconciliations of brite stock inventory and shipments, salvage inventories and labeling costs.
- Assist warehouse manager as needed.
- Process UPS shipments and receipts.
- Ensure that GMP’s (General manufacturing Practices), safety rules and regulations are being followed and enforced.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft office software.
- Have basic math and accounting skills.
- High School diploma or equivalent. Some Technical School training would be beneficial.
- Previous Warehouse clerical experience would be beneficial, but not required.
- Familiarity with Case & Label operations would be beneficial.
