Job Location: Hawthorne - Hawthorne, NY 10532Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 Salary/year Los Niños Services is an award-winning provider of services to young children with special needs. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 

• Annual Salary: $65,000-$80,000 

• LOCATION: Westchester Center, 15 Skyline Drive, Hawthorne, NY 10532 

• Fee for Service positions are also available with Paid Time Off (Holiday, Sick, Vacation)

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Lead and coordinate all activities in a special education toddler group. 

• Supervise Teacher Assistants to help young children maximize their potential.  

• Develop collaborative relationships with parents and communicate effectively with parents through an electronic web portal.  

• Timely submission of daily session notes, progress reports, and other paperwork. 

Qualifications

QUALIFICATION (only ONE of the following) 

• Bachelors or Master’s in Special Education WITH a Students with Disabilities B-2nd OR Special Education Permanent Certification  

Or  Certificate or License in ONE of the following professions: 

• Teachers of the Blind and Partially Sighted
• Teachers of the Blind and Visually Handicapped
• Teachers of the Blind and Visually Impaired
• Teachers of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing
• Teachers of Speech and Language Disabilities
• Teachers of the Speech and Hearing Handicapped
• Social Work 
• Occupational Therapy 
• Physical Therapy 
• Speech & Language Pathology
