Human by nature.  </p> <p><b>Accounts Payable Senior Accountant (French speaking) - Your future role?</b></p> <p>As an Accounts Payable Senior Accountant in our Budapest office, you will ensure all vendor invoices are paid on time and related Accounts Payable (AP) tasks are maintained. You will have high expertise in AP procedures and actively support the improvement of AP processes and support team leader by coordinating team activities and daily work.</p> <p>In this role you will be in touch with Regional Finance Managers, Suppliers, Internal stakeholders, Purchase to Pay X-functional Teams and the Financial Controlling Team</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Main responsibilities:</b></p> <ul> <li>Process and park Raw Material-, Indirect Material &amp; Services-, freight-, contract &amp; non-PO vendor invoices </li> <li>Follow-up on parked items, resolve payment issues </li> <li>Perform reconciliations on GL &amp; vendor account</li> <li>Perform invoice/credit memo corrections</li> <li>Monitor and resolve open items and decrease debit balance </li> <li>Answer external (supplier) and internal (local business) queries</li> <li>Organise / Participate in internal and external query resolution calls</li> <li>Follow and apply all relevant internal audit &amp; business compliance guidelines, controls and policies</li> <li>Analyze root causes of re-occurring errors</li> <li>Running standard and ad-hoc reports</li> <li>Identify areas of process improvement and deliver measurable results</li> <li>Make AP Team Lead / AP Manager aware of issues/problems/deviations as necessary</li> <li>Assist in maintenance of training materials and perform trainings on AP-related topics</li> <li>Assisit in workload allocation</li> <li>Supervise team members, providing guidance, support and training as needed</li> <li>Foster a positive and collabortaive team environment, promoting teamwork and a strong work ethic</li> <li>Perform any other tasks defined by the line manager or above<br/>  </li> </ul> <p><b>About you</b></p> <p>Want to join a team that’s passionate about innovation and creativity, and that works together to achieve extraordinary things?
