Client Services Representative

As a Client Services Representative, you will serve as an advocate for our client and professionally represent Trans Ova Genetics by consulting and providing our clients with sound advice and developing a service plan to best meet the needs of their operations. In this position, you will have the opportunity to partner with our external and internal clients to create an atmosphere of continual improvement geared toward the betterment and future of reproductive technology.
This position is open to fully remote work with the home office being in Madison, WI.
Key Responsibilities:
Advocate
- Effectively and timely communicate and respond to client requests/queries
- Understand individual client goals / needs in order to recommend the best product and service
- Work with clients to find win/win solutions to issues that may arise
- Work collaboratively across teams
Consult
- Develop knowledge base and relationships with production teams
- Assist with the collection of accounts receivable, customer service agreements, and organization of cattle/embryo/semen movements
- Work with clients to make the necessary production adjustments
Partner
- Build relationships with external and internal clients that will facilitate an environment of trust, loyalty, and honest communication
Skills/Experience:
- Knowledge of livestock reproduction required; background and experience in the dairy or beef industry is preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Proficiency with a computer including Excel, Power Point and Word are required
- Occasional travel may be required (<10%)
- High degree of professionalism
- Strong client focus in person, on the phone, and with electronic communication
