Job Title: Technical Release Manager- Salesforce

Location: Seattle – WA (DAY 1 onsite)

Job Summary:

Concentrix is seeking an experienced and highly organized Release Manager to lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of software releases across our Salesforce platform and other enterprise systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth and timely deployments, aligning release activities with business objectives, and minimizing operational risk. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of Salesforce release management, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and a continuous improvement mindset to enhance our release processes and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage release schedules, ensuring alignment with business objectives while minimizing disruptions.
• Coordinate across development, QA, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless release execution.
• Oversee Salesforce release cycles, including sandbox refreshes, metadata deployments, and change set management.
• Enforce compliance with change management protocols and documentation standards.
• Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate release-related risks and issues.
• Maintain release documentation and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve release processes and tooling for greater efficiency and reliability.
• Support post-release validation, troubleshooting, and incident management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in release management or related functions.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployments and tools such as Gearset, Copado, and Change Sets.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proven stakeholder management abilities.

The base salary range for this position is $ 106,087 - 166,709, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
