�� Customer Service Specialist with Czech and Slovak ��  

Fully remote work mode from Poland.

 

Your daily tasks:

✅ Providing the highest level of customer service (contact with clients via phone and e-mails);   

✅ Meeting targets set by the client and management;  

✅ Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;   

✅ Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;   

 

What do we expect from you?

�� Language: Proficiency in both Czech and Slovak (native level) and advanced knowledge of English (B2 level);  

�� Experience: Customer Service experience is a must, great if you have experience in technology focused roles;   

�� Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;   

�� Personality: Motivated, enthusiastic.

Working conditions:

�� Type of contract you choose yourself (freelance contract for students and employment contract for other employees);

�� Day shifts from Monday to Friday only, no weekend shifts.
