We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join Coalfire's HR Team!
Position Summary The HR Business Partner team provides direct partnership and support to designated members of the Executive Leadership Team and their senior staff, working closely with our HR colleagues to drive effective change and ensure achievement of business results through impactful people approaches. 

What You'll Do

  • Be a trusted advisor to leaders to help them and their teams deliver their best work every single day.
  • Partner strategically on business issues with executive and senior leaders.
  • Provide insightful data to guide decision making and provide people solutions to make teams more effective and engaged.
  • Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue, no matter how complex, and consult on solutions.
  • Serve as an approachable, highly trusted coach and adviser to leadership on all matters relating to talent and organizational design, change management, and employee issues and be highly visible to the organization. Work closely with leaders to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Establish and maintain positive collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders. Work closely with managers and executives to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Effectively communicate, influence drive to consensus, and execute on initiatives across all levels of leadership.
  • Support and consult management of employee relations issues. Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of organizational effectiveness solutions for the organization.
  • Partner with HR counterparts on various HR programs and supports the communication and implementation with the business. Includes, compensation programs, recognition programs, performance management, leadership development programs, and talent programs.
  • Remain up-to-date on state and federal employment regulation changes. 
  • Effectively develop and facilitate leadership development offerings, including leadership development trainings and activities.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (four-year college or university) or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in a Human Resources role, with demonstrated progressive/strategic experience as a HR partner.
  • Strong understanding and experience working with multiple human resource disciplines such as employee relations, compensation, organizational development, performance management, talent acquisition, engagement and inclusion and state employment laws.
  • Proven conflict resolution skills; ability to influence, deliver constructive advice, resolve problems, communicate solutions throughout the business to avoid the emergence of similar issues, and positively influence change.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to analyze data and provide recommendations for senior leadership as well as stakeholders on various people management approaches, strategies, and solutions.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Extremely well-developed organizational skills with close attention to details.
  • HRIS experience.
  • Ability to successfully complete multiple priorities and work well under pressure with strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong competency within the HR function: succession planning, org design, coaching, recognition programs, talent management, communications, and change management.
