We are seeking an Executive Assistant to Assistant Superintendent of the Office of Finance and Information Technology (Executive Support Specialist 2) in our Office of Finance and Information Technology at the Oregon Department of Education. This is a permanent management service position.
This is a hybrid role that typically requires 1 to 2 days in the office but may increase during the legislative session. Onsite work is also required for reception coverage or when business and operational needs depend on in-office activities. Remote work is embraced to the fullest extent possible without interfering with business.
