Raytheon - Air and Space Defense Systems (ASDS) is seeking a Senior Manager, Intelligence Analyst - Operations Manager to join a growing team within the Space Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (S-ISR) Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU).
What You Will Do
Maintain and coordinate assignments, transfers, reassignments and supervision of all contract 24/7 Operations team and day staff support personnel
Ensure 24/7 operations crews are 100% staffed and have the required certifications throughout contract period
Interface with technical customers and contract personnel to ensure statement of work (SOW) execution meets customer expectations and standards
Develop and provide innovative solutions to current and emerging mission problems
Perform end to end contract hiring manager responsibilities
Maintain and coordinate skill mix of technically qualified and cleared staff to perform tasks within SOW throughout contract period of performance
Ensure staff maintain currency in required training and certifications in accordance with customer direction
Coordinate surge staffing efforts to support occasional, short term, critical events at customer direction
Generate and brief various staffing reports to customers
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience or equivalent experience to include Intelligence Operations with military leadership
Minimum of 5 years Operations and Management experience while supporting a customer facility
Minimum of 2 years experience managing operations floor certifications and shift schedules
Experience with Microsoft Office resource suite or comparable tools
An active and in-scope TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government issued security clearance is required for consideration. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer
Ability to distinguish the difference between colors on a computer monitor (specifically red, blue, white and green)
Current or prior CSTSK1L2, CSTSK2L2 or CSTSK3L2 certification(s) or equivalent domain certification
Experience performing satellite mission support in a near real-time operations environment
Experience monitoring satellite activities in a related field
Modeling development, creation and enhancement experience
Military certifications such as Electronic Warfare/ Signals Analyst
