Role Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Assistant (English/Spanish) to support promotional campaigns, provide on-site customer assistance, and help ensure all customers have a positive and informative experience. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, people-focused, and eager to support in-person brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide bilingual customer support at events, promotional activations, and community engagements

• Greet, assist, and answer questions from customers in both English and Spanish

• Help set up and maintain event booths and promotional displays

• Distribute materials and guide customers through product or service offerings

• Translate signage, flyers, and other print materials as needed

• Document customer feedback and assist with basic reporting

• Maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere while representing client brands

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)

• Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or in-person promotions preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends during events

• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions precisely

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
