This covers both financing of solar, on-and offshore wind, as well as large bespoke projects solving for tomorrow's needs in, for instance hard to abate industries. We are furthermore the leading Nordic arranger of green and sustainable lending products, which is a key focus area for Danske Bank.  Building on this momentum, we are seeking an Analyst to join our fast-paced, deal-centric environment and to actively participate in live transactions while building good credit analysis and loan origination experience.  </p> <p>  </p> <p><strong>Be a part of our Analyst Program</strong>  </p> <p>As an analyst in the team, you will take part in origination, structuring, negotiation, and execution of debt transactions towards companies and projects with green transition characteristics. Your primary responsibility will be to support senior originators with financial analysis, preparation of presentations, financial modelling, and the transaction process.  </p> <p> </p> <p>As our new analyst, you will be working with:  </p> <ul> <li>Participating in the origination and execution of new transactions  </li> <li>Financial modelling to assess debt capacity and capital structure alternatives  </li> <li>Evaluating information memoranda and commercial / financial due diligence reports  </li> <li>Preparation of internal and external presentations  </li> <li>Portfolio management activities </li> <li>Credit analysis  </li> </ul> <p>To achieve your goals in Project &amp; Renewable Energy Finance, you should have solid analytical skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced and innovative environment. It is also important that you are a collaborator and have professional communication skills, as you will be in touch with external and internal stakeholders on a regular basis. Fluency in one of the Nordic languages and English is a requirement as we operate in an international environment.
