Main Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for Digital leaders

  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items

  • Process invoices, expense reports and handle procurement requests as needed

  • Maintain and organize digital files, ensuring easy access and security

  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of leadership

  • Organize team events, workshops, and leadership meetings

  • Maintain confidential files and documentation

  • Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees as needed

  • Handle confidential information with discretion

About You

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar role

  • 5+ years of administrative experience

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Discretion in handling confidential information

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Experience supporting senior executives preferred
