Through targeted outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification, you'll generate a high-quality pipeline for our field sales teams. This means researching accounts, crafting personalized outreach, and earning meetings with decision-makers at organizations that need what Rubrik offers.</p> <p>This is a launchpad role — built to develop you into a full-cycle sales professional. Our SDRs receive structured coaching, ongoing training, and a defined career path into closing roles.</p> <h3><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h3> <h4><strong>Prospecting & Pipeline Generation</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Research target accounts, identify high-potential contacts, and craft personalized outreach across email, phone, and social channels to generate qualified meetings for field sales teams</li> <li>Leverage customer success stories, case studies, and proof points in your outreach to demonstrate real-world impact — connecting a prospect's pain to how Rubrik has already solved it for organizations like theirs</li> <li>Follow up on marketing-generated inbound leads within established SLA and compliance metrics</li> <li>Manage your pipeline, leads, and activity data in Salesforce with discipline and accuracy</li> <li>Track and report on your performance against defined activity and outcome targets</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Collaboration & Strategy</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Partner with your aligned field sales team to develop account strategies and break into priority accounts</li> <li>Stay current on cybersecurity trends, the competitive landscape, and industry developments to sharpen your messaging and relevance</li> <li>Develop deep fluency in Rubrik's products and the business problems we solve for customers</li> <li>Participate in ongoing coaching sessions, call reviews, pitch competitions, and bootcamps designed to accelerate your sales skills<strong>.</strong></li> </ul> <h3><strong>What You'll Bring</strong></h3> <h4><strong>Required:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>0–2 y
