About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced, strategic-minded leader looking to work in a fast-growing company. As Head of Capital Markets, this role will identify and drive strategic initiatives regarding the company’s financing needs, capital management, and reporting. Primary responsibilities will include managing the company’s existing credit facility, leading the reporting processes to lenders and investors, and ensuring financial discipline and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship management skills, and solid business acumen capable of driving results and improving processes. Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial, as well as the ability to prioritize, analyze quantitatively, and problem-solve. This role will report to the Chief Financial Officer. 

Responsibilities

• Capital Markets Strategy – Develop and execute the company’s capital markets strategy as the company scales and evolves through new stages
• Credit Facility and Liquidity Management – Manage debt facility for the business to meet its growth, profitability, and operating objectives
• Lender/Investor Relations – Own and build relationships with lender and investors
• Capital Raising – Lead the structuring, negotiations, and execution of future capital raises

Qualifications & Competencies

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience in capital markets, including raising capital
• Strong experience in the financial services industry, working with asset-backed credit facilities, securitizations, and other structures
• Ability to build and develop a team and collaborate with different functions
• Strong understanding of credit facility performance and covenant-related reporting
• Strong strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills
• An attention to detail, a willingness to roll up your sleeves, and deliver results
