Level DesignerWe're looking for a talented Level Designer to design levels for our mobile casual puzzle game Block Jam. You will work with our custom level editor to create fun and engaging levels. The position can be remote, but you must be located in the United States or in a similar time zone.
What you will do• Design fun and challenging Block Jam levels that fit in with the rest of the levels of the game;• Add the levels to the game using our custom level editor;• Set the order of levels to create an ideal progression for the player;• Balance the game difficulty;• Come up with new level mechanics;• Organize internal play tests of levels to solicit feedback and make adjustments based on playtests;• Collaborate with Data Analyst to understand level analytics and make adjustments to the levels using the data;• Take full ownership of the levels creation process of Block Jam.
What you need to have• 1+ years of experience with level design in casual puzzle games;• Great feel for level design and an understanding of what makes a level fun.
Nice to haveHave worked on a top casual mobile puzzle game.
