Customer Support Representative $19.75 - $20.75 hourly

Objectives: To deliver exceptional customer service by being courteous, professional as well as knowledgeable and to ensure inquiries and sales orders are handled in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

· Review all incoming sales orders to ensure rules of engagement, pricing programs, and license rules and requirements are followed and correct or work with the appropriate team member to correct any issues.

· Assist customers and sales reps with their orders via email and over the phone, providing status updates, checking inventory, offering substitutions for items we do not have, assisting customers with questions on product line, offering customers/reps solutions to any problems they may have, and diffusing angry and frustrated customers by being friendly and professional.

· Research and resolve issues and problems for customers, along with processing credit memos when necessary.

· Maintain sales orders, including edits requested by reps/customers, entering retail ticketing information and UPCs, following up for purchase order numbers and final sizes.

· Handle all retailer bulks and calloff orders, along with providing UPCs/setups in a timely manner.

· Review reports to ensure orders are given to Logo Coordination or released to Operations in a timely manner, including resolving inventory issues on sales orders and manually releasing sales orders to pick.

· Coordinate between Operations and appropriate team members for orders with out-of-stock product, heat seal designs, or other issues in Operations.

· Work with Operations for rush, hot market, and if win orders to ensure ship dates and requirements can be met by the requested timeframe.

· Enter employee orders.

· Handle additional duties as the position evolves or as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. High school graduate.

2. Minimum of 2 years customer service experience.

3. Exceptional communication, telephone, and organizational skills.

4. Excellent problem-solving skills and initiative.

5. Proficiency with computer skills.

6. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities.

7. Familiarity with all sports teams a plus.
