ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Axcex Media is searching for career-minded individuals interested in pursuing a long-term profession in the Integrated Systems industry. Our Warehouse and Operations Specialist performs the administrative tasks required in a warehouse dictated by office needs and physical labor required in a warehouse environment. They ensure proper and orderly storage of goods, ensure the availability of necessary equipment and space within the warehouse to facilitate proper storage, and maintain an inventory of items stored or shipped. This position also oversees the ordering, storing, receiving, and distributing processes of an organization’s products and supplies. Main duties include controlling the flow of supplies and equipment, tracking, and analyzing inventory maintenance and developing protocols for loss mitigation. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Implementing operational policies and procedures.
• Implementing and overseeing security operations.
• Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
• Maintaining awareness and knowledge of the condition and location of fleet vehicles.
• Ensuring the safety of staff.
• Ensuring a well-coordinated reception of all materials, items, and products, and making sure they are sorted, labelled, and stored per company standards and policies.
• Maintain accurate inventory of supply and products.
• Investigate and resolve inconsistencies with inventory.
• Minimize inventory loss by incorporating best supply chain practices.
• Develop inventory staff schedule.
• When needed, make runs for parts and permits.
• Assist with required permits for jobs/projects from their corresponding JAH (County, city, and state level).

BASIC POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Warehouse/Inventory- 3 years’ experience (preferred)
• Applicants must have reliable transportation.
• Occasional mandatory travel outside of your Hub territory
• Applicants must have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
• Must have a Clean Driving Record for the past 3 years (No suspensions within the last 3 years).
• Ability to share a hotel room while travelling.
• Comfortable with heights and stable on a ladder.
• Ability to carry 75 lbs.
• Ability to pass a background check and routine drug tests.
• Ability to ensure our 100% Tobacco, Vape AND Drug Free work environment.
