Manager, Global Sales Productivity

The Global Sales Productivity (GSP) team’s mission is to develop every seller in the NetSuite community to reach their potential and maximize sales performance through strategic, world-class learning experiences. GSP is responsible for enabling thousands of sellers and managers every year across the sales organization, including: Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Direct Sales, Account Management, and Channel organizations. This position will report into the Director of AMO enablement programming.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of sales enablement professionals focused on developing and delivering content for AMO reps & Managers on topics including but not limited to: sales acumen; sales process; new product releases, recruiting; coaching and development; performance management; stakeholder management
- Managing global curriculum for new AMO reps and Sales Manager onboarding and reinforcement training; formats include a combination of live virtual and live in-person; small group (10-30) and large group (50-300+) settings, as well as self-paced LMS format
- Working in close partnership with the extended Global Sales Productivity team to create cohesive programming across BDR, Direct Sales, Account Management, and Channel organizations
- Working cross-functionally with AMO Leadership, Sales Leadership, Human Resources, Diversity & Inclusion, Global Programs, Revenue Insights and other Value Added Teams
- International strategy on program replication and refinement in Latin America, Asia Pacific, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Middle East and Africa
- Must be located or willing to relocate to a NetSuite hub city: Nashville, Austin, Santa Monica, Burlington, Chicago, or Denver
- Must be willing and able to work in-office an average of 2 days/week
- Must be willing to travel up to 25%
Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of combined sales and management experience; sales and/or enablement management experience highly preferred; tech sales background highly preferred
- Strategic problem solving on a global scale
- Excellent communication (written, oral) skills
- Strong presentation/facilitation skills
- Ability to navigating multiple internal departments and lead without formal authority
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail; project management experience or certification preferred
- Strong sense of urgency to complete projects on time with competing priorities
- Proficient to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to manage and adapt in an ever-changing work environment
Determines and evaluates sales training needs for the organization. Develops and directs the build of sales training curriculum and programs. Organizes and manages sales training sessions. Facilitates formal and informal presentations to senior management, sales organization, and other internal functions as appropriate. May work with other Oracle team to incorporate corporate or regional strategy into training curriculum. Provides guidance within the sales organization and shares best practices. Analyzes performance of sales personnel to determine need for additional training. May oversee a staff of sales trainers and/or Sales Performance Designers and others. Keeps informed of new training methods and techniques.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range: from $87,000 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
