Position Summary
The Business Services Recruitment Specialist will drive the full spectrum of recruitment effort to elevate our business services hiring into a best-in-class function. This role partners with Business Services stakeholders and the Recruitment Team to implement talent strategies, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and build strong candidate pipelines for multiple business services functions across all US offices.
The ideal candidate excels at client relationship management and demonstrates outstanding professional presence while balancing the needs of both stakeholders and candidates. This role requires a skilled sourcer who can leverage a variety of channels to identify candidates internally and externally, both directly and through third parties. A key focus is on attracting and retaining top talent by ensuring a positive candidate experience, maintaining regular communication, overseeing interview scheduling, and providing timely, professional feedback. The successful candidate will continuously strive to cultivate a proactive, engaging, and efficient recruitment process.
Duties and Accountabilities1
- Manage full cycle recruitment on multiple requisitions (e.g., job postings, applications, pipelining, interviews, candidate management, offer management, etc.)
- Foster strong partnerships with leadership, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders by maintaining open communication, addressing recruitment challenges proactively, and guiding strategic initiatives to achieve the Function’s hiring needs and goals
- Serve as the main point of contact for the function, communicating market intelligence, developing subject matter expertise, and helping to establish and execute recruitment best practices and strategic direction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external search firms and recruiters to ensure effective collaboration, high-quality candidate submissions, and awareness of current hiring trends
- Develop and implement creative and comprehensive approaches to candidate pipeline development, including employer branding, leveraging LinkedIn, sourcing outreach, and enhancing the Firm’s talent value proposition to attract top talent
- Conduct screening interviews to assess candidates’ knowledge, skills and experience for open positions
- Ensure ATS and recruitment reporting are accurate and proactively share data-driven updates with internal stakeholders
- Manage the offer process, including coordinating with our internal compensation team to provide up-to-date salary and market information
Qualifications
- At least five (5) years of recruitment experience within the professional services industry or a search firm
- Proven ability to lead a function or work stream, and to mentor, coach and develop team members
- Experience mentoring, coaching and developing team members highly preferred
- Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean creation and applicant tracking systems (Taleo or Workday a plus); proficient in MS Office Suite
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience
- Excellent business acumen, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented, with effective time management and strong administrative skills to balance multiple projects and priorities
