Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Be part of the vendor management team to guide vendors for registration in CapitaLand’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, review vendor registration submission, conduct due diligence check to vendors and follow up with vendors to complete the registration process.
• Reply queries raised by internal users and external vendors on Ariba vendor management related issues. Coordinate with CapitaLand’s IT Service Desk and Enterprise System Management (ESM) team, and external vendors to fix vendor registration related incidents in time.
• Generate periodical report for vendor registration from CapitaLand’s ERP system.  

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Finance, Supply Chain Management or Procurement.
• Experience in using ERP, Procurement, or Vendor management system are preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suites.
• Good communication skills.
• Self-directed with a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Demonstrates integrity and good work ethic.
