What You Will Do:
We are seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to support our Federal client within our Health Portfolio. This role serves as a Quality Assurance team member of the Enterprise Information Technology Services Integration team.
Duty location is Falls Church, VA, but work may be remote.
- Provides development of project Quality Assurance Plan and the implementation of procedures that conforms to the requirements of the contract.
- Provides an independent assessment of how the project's software and hardware development process is being implemented relative to the defined process and recommends methods to optimize the organization's process.
- Responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Conducts audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation.
- Develops and implements procedures and test plans for assuring quality in a system development environment for various IT projects.
- Level III performs more independent thinking and difficult tasks compared to Level II and may supervise others.
What You Will Need:
- 3+ years of progressive experience in the Quality Assurance field.
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experience.
- Strong collaboration skills at all organizational levels.
- Multi-tasking abilities with a proven track record of meeting stringent deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and team player.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Ability to obtain a Tier 2 (T2) clearance.
- Common Access Card (CAC) eligible
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Consulting experience, especially in the Information Technology field.
- QA certification such as Certified Associate in Software Quality (CASQ) or Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA).
- Experience in the DHA.
