<strong>SUMMARY</strong><br />
The qualified candidate will assist the head coach in maintaining a highly competitive<br />
Acrobatics program including the recruitment of prospective scholar-athletes,<br />
practice planning and coaching, organization, and in-game coaching. Will support<br />
student-athletes excellence by encouraging academic progress towards graduation.<br />
This position is a stipend position.<br />

<strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><br />
● Assist with scouting, recruiting, and retention of student-athletes.<br />
● Assist with the development of team strategy and analyze the performance of<br />
student-athletes.<br />
● Assist with organizing and practice planning<br />
● Adhere to the guidelines and policies of Washington Adventist University &amp;amp;<br />
the NAIA<br />
● Stipends payments will begin in October &amp;amp; March<br />
● Will be ready to lead out in games in the absence of the Head Coach<br />
● Other duties as assigned.<br />
