What You’ll Do
The Senior Global Deal Desk Manager will spearhead the optimization of our global sales processes, overseeing quoting, deal structuring, discounting analytics, order management, and contract paperwork processes. This senior role collaborates with executive leadership, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure strategic alignment, profitability, and compliance in complex deals. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility to work in a way that maximizes your impact.
This role will be responsible for
Quoting: Lead the development of sophisticated pricing proposals, ensuring alignment with company strategy and market competitiveness.
Deal Structure: Design and approve complex deal structures to maximize value, profitability, and adherence to corporate guidelines.
Discounting Analytics: Drive advanced analytics on discounting trends, delivering strategic insights to optimize pricing models and inform executive decision-making.
Order Management: Oversee global order processing, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Contract Paperwork Process: Manage the preparation, review, and execution of contract paperwork, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with deal terms and legal standards.
Partner with senior leadership to refine deal desk and contract management policies, ensuring scalability and consistency across regions.
Resolve high-level escalations and provide strategic guidance on deal approvals, negotiations, and contract processes.
Mentor and train Sales and Operations teams on deal structuring, pricing strategies, contract management, and best practices.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
5-10 years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, pricing, or contract management roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior capacity, preferably in technology or SaaS industries.
Advanced proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), financial modeling, data analytics platforms, and contract management systems.
Exceptional strategic thinking, with strong communication and influencing skills to engage C-level stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage complex, high-value deals and contract processes in a fast-paced, global environment.

In accordance with various State’s transparency regulations, we provide the following salary range information for this position:
Base salary range: $149,850 - $185,000 annually. The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.
