Our agile mindset and working culture are a key driver of digital transformation at Bosch and gives both our associates and their ideas room to grow.</strong> </p><ul><li>As Agile Master you guide and support project teams in daily activities and you ensure transparency about teamwork and progress towards everyone.</li><li>You remove impediments and ensure the smooth functioning of agile teams and as method expert that agile methods are understood and followed by the teams and the stakeholders.</li><li>Moreover, you support the self-organization of the teams and cultural change.</li><li>You conduct and organize training within project and business teams and you coach agile process and leadership roles (especially Product Owners and Management).</li><li>By implementing a continuous improvement process, you ensure that methods are constantly evolving and digital knowledge is built (training/ongoing learning).</li><li>Furthermore, you improve teamwork by removing barriers and you drive conflict resolution within and across teams and individuals.</li><li>Last but not least, you ensure new mindset and agile working culture</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><strong>Education: </strong>completed university studies in Information Technology, Business Administration or a comparable subject</li><li><strong>Personality:</strong> teamplayer, communicative, empathic, high self-awareness, proactive, problem solver</li><li><strong>Working Practice:</strong> analytic, target-oriented, structured</li><li><strong>Experience: </strong>know-how in the Scrum Master role and skills in Agile Methodologies, experience with Kanban and Design Thinking would be considered as advantage, good understanding and practical experience of change management principles, techniques and tools</li><li><strong>Knowledge:</strong> understanding of team dynamics and human behavior as well as of project management and corporate processes, leading skills, coaching skills, situational awareness, continuous improvement, and increasing transparency</li><li><strong>Languages: </strong>business fluent in written and spoken German and English</li></ul><p> </p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>You want to work remotely or part-time - we offer great opportunities for mobile working as well as different part-time models or job-sharing.
